At Healthy 4a Lifetime, we don't focus on fad diets. We encourage lifestyle changes by educating our clients on key health and nutritional concepts then give them small, baby step changes to make in their day-to-day lifestyle. Over time, many changes will have been made and the results will be nothing less than incredible.
We're not a fan of anything extreme, whether it be eating or exercise. Having you move away from fast food to an all vegetarian diet is not a lifestyle change. It's too extreme and you won't stick with it. In fact, you'll hate it and hate us for recommending it. They key is not extreme change but small, gradual change that your mind and your body can embrace.
