Marjorie has over 10 years of customer service, management, retail and sales experience working for large corporations such as Proctor & Gamble, Nordstrom, and Affiliated Computer Services, Inc.
She has trained Team Managers in the United States and the Philippines in leadership and methodologies that allowed for delivery of exceptional customer service. Through team development, she has helped Customer Relationship Managers exceed quarterly output expectations.
Marjorie has been consistently recognized for her outstanding
performance and has received numerous awards for creative problem
solving, vendor management, mediation, and customer service.
